This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game Singularity Inc. (the “App”) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The App does not require an account and does not ask you for your name, email, or other directly identifying information.
Usage & gameplay analytics (PostHog). Anonymous events describing how the game is played (screens viewed, upgrades purchased, session length, store interactions), tied to a randomly generated anonymous device identifier — not to you personally.
Crash & diagnostic data (Sentry). If the App crashes or errors, we collect a crash report (stack trace, device model, OS version, app version) under the same anonymous identifier, so we can fix bugs.
Advertising data (Google AdMob). When you choose to watch a rewarded ad, Google's ad SDK may collect device and ad-interaction data. On iOS, the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) is only used if you grant permission via the system App Tracking Transparency prompt; if you decline, only non-personalized ads are requested.
Purchase data (Apple / Google / RevenueCat). When you make an in-app purchase, the platform store processes the transaction. RevenueCat receives the purchase receipt and a pseudonymous app user ID to validate the purchase and restore entitlements. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
We do not sell your personal information.
EEA/UK (GDPR): rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Legal bases: legitimate interests (analytics, crash reporting, fraud prevention), consent (personalized ads), and contract performance (purchases).
California (CCPA/CPRA): rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of “sale”/“sharing”; we do not sell personal information.
Because most data is tied only to an anonymous identifier, we may be unable to locate data for a specific person without it. To exercise any right, contact justzeddicus@gmail.com.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact justzeddicus@gmail.com and we will delete it.
We retain anonymous analytics and crash data only as long as needed for the purposes above, subject to our providers' retention policies. We use reasonable technical measures to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Our providers may process data on servers outside your country, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” above and posting the revised policy at this URL.
