First open the in-game Store and tap Restore Purchases. That re-checks your store account for anything you already own and re-applies it. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase and restores on any device signed in to the same Apple ID (iPhone) or Google account (Android). If the item still does not appear, email us with the date of purchase and we will sort it out.
Purchases are processed by the app store you bought from, not by us, so refunds are handled there.
If the store declines and you believe the purchase failed on our side, write to us and we will look into it.
The game keeps your progress on the device — there is no account and no cloud save — so deleting the app, or moving to a new phone, starts a new run. If progress vanished without you deleting anything, that is a bug: email us with your device and app version and roughly when it happened, and include a screenshot if you have one.
No. Ads are opt-in only: they play when you choose to tap a "watch to earn" button, never on their own. The one-time Remove Ads purchase — the game's only in-app purchase — keeps those bonuses available without playing the ad.
Please try, in this order: force-quit and reopen the game; check for a game update in the App Store or Google Play; restart the device. If it still happens, tell us the exact screen and what you were doing — crash reports are anonymous, so your description is what lets us find it.
Open Settings from the main menu — music and sound effects have separate toggles. On Android, the volume keys control the game through the normal media volume.
We do not collect your name, email or contacts, and the game needs no account. We do collect anonymous usage and crash diagnostics; the details are in our Privacy Policy. Because that data is tied only to a random device identifier, deleting the app removes the link to you entirely. To ask us to delete the records held for your device, email us with "data deletion" in the subject line and tell us your device model and roughly when you played; we action such requests within 30 days.
Singularity Inc. is a work of comic science fiction: you play a fictional AI in an invented world of talking toasters and rebellious robot vacuums. Its age rating is shown on its store listing (9+ on the App Store; the Google Play rating is shown on the Play listing). It contains one optional in-app purchase and opt-in rewarded advertising, so we recommend parental controls for younger players: Ask to Buy or Screen Time on iPhone, or Google Play parental controls and purchase authentication on Android.
